Made In Italy On Line was created more than 15 years ago to become the main Internet reference source about Italian lifestyle and Italian made products. Launched in February 1995 by an American journalist and writer who had lived in Italy for more than 30 years, the website was ideated to tell and share around the world the beauty, elegance and geniality of the italian style. Today the website presents six main sections, on Fashion, Design, Food, Wine, Shopping and Travel - but, as you can easily see, it has not been updated in some years.
For this reason, at the beginning of 2011 we started a restyling operation that will lead in 2012 to a brand new website. The new website will still be committed to tell how Italian ideas, concepts and products are pervading the world, but it will also give a closer look to the online "italophiles" communities that, nowadays, don't have yet a strong online visibility.
To do so, we will update the current pages and their content, while also creating a total new site and concept. This is why we truly welcome your comments, so fundamentals in this transiction phase, and we would like to hear what you would like to find in the new version.
